Biomass Gasification converts Agro Waste (like Bamboo, coconut shells, sawdust, woodwaste, pine needles, mustard waste, etc) into producer gas, which can be used for thermal or power generation applications.
The clean combustible gas (called Producer Gas) is thus available for Power Generation and Thermal application which could serve the needs of industry (The Gas is used in furnaces to substitute fossil fuels) or rural society. Producer Gas Generators are used to convert the Producer Gas into Electricity for Consumption.
Biomass gasifiers are suitable for low, medium and high heat applications in industry. It has been used in furnaces, boilers, powder coating, preheating, applications. Industries such as automotive, FMCG, Metal working, tyre, pharmaceutical, Mineral and Chemical, Agro processing, ceramics have used biomass gasifiers as a substitute for LPG, Natural Gas, Diesel.
Biomass is readily and cheaply available throughout the country due to high farming and tree pruning waste in India. Biomass gasifier not only help companies economically, but help ecologically as well. Gasification is a Carbon neutral cycle making it a very eco friendly product.
We Design and Manufacture the Gasifiers at our Facility in Binola, Haryana and have exported our units all over the world including countries like Italy (CE certified), Benin, Nigeria. Our biggest installation is 1.5 MW installation in Karnataka, India.
The gasification systems can be fully automated with minimal human interference required. A Gasifier System comprises of a reactor, where the gas is generated, and is followed by a cooling and cleaning system.
