Panels

AMF & distribution panels, built to your SLD.

Auto Mains Failure panels and LT / HT distribution panels — custom-built with Siemens, ABB, Schneider and L&T switchgear, type- and routine-tested, and commissioned on site across Delhi NCR.

What AMF + distribution does

One supplier, both halves of the job.

An AMF panel is required at most installations with a generator. Its primary job: switch the genset on when the electrical mains fails, transfer power to the distribution panel after warm-up, and reverse the process gracefully when mains returns. The people in your building just experience uninterrupted power.

Downstream of the AMF sits your LT or HT distribution — the panel that splits power to individual circuits, motors and auxiliary systems. We build both halves: the AMF that decides which source to use, and the distribution that delivers it. Same team, same commissioning date, one drawing set.

Features

Nine capabilities, one enclosure family.

Mains-fail auto start

AMF panel's primary job — detect mains loss, start the genset, transfer power once it warms up. All automatic.

Auto mains restore

When mains returns, the panel transfers load back and shuts the genset down after a cool-down. No operator needed.

ATS integration

Automatic Transfer Switch built into the panel — switches between DG and mains sources per real-time logic.

LT / HT distribution

Distribution panels from 400 V to 11 kV — MCCB, ACB, VCB incomers with outgoing feeders sized to your load list.

MCC and PCC

Motor Control Centres and Power Control Centres — custom designed, with VFDs and soft starters where needed.

Custom to spec

Every panel is designed fresh from your SLD — fault level, incomer rating, outgoing circuits, metering and protection.

Protection relays

Over/under voltage, over/under frequency, phase reversal/loss, earth fault — all integrated and tested at commissioning.

Metering + monitoring

kWh meters, power analysers and protection relays. Optional BMS / SCADA integration via Modbus or Ethernet.

Type + routine tested

Every build gets routine tests; type-tested designs where required. Test reports delivered with the panel.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an AMF panel if I have only one generator?

Yes — most single-genset installations include an AMF. Without it, you'd have to manually start the genset and transfer load every time mains fails. That defeats the point of a backup.

Is an AMF panel the same as an ATS?

The AMF handles the genset auto-start logic; the ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) handles the electrical switching between mains and DG. Our AMF panels combine both functions in one enclosure.

Can I retrofit an AMF to an existing genset?

Yes — provided the genset supports a remote-start signal (virtually all modern gensets do). We audit the genset controller and wire the AMF accordingly.

What AMF rating do I need?

AMF panels are sized to the total load current. Our standard sizing uses 25% headroom for growth — we confirm the rating during design.

What about LT distribution panels?

We build LT and HT distribution panels with Siemens, ABB, Schneider and L&T switchgear as standard. Full customisation: MCCB/ACB/VCB incomers, metering, protection relays, busbar rating to your fault level.

Do you handle MCC and PCC?

Yes — Motor Control Centres and Power Control Centres are custom-designed around your motor list. VFDs and soft starters integrated where required.

What's a typical lead time?

4–8 weeks depending on panel size, component lead times and testing requirements. Larger HT and type-tested builds take longer.

Do you install and commission?

Yes. Supply, installation, cable termination, testing and commissioning — all handled by our team, with commissioning reports on handover.
