How soon can you be on site?
Standard AMC: under 4 hours, most of the time, uniformly across our Delhi NCR branches. Critical-site AMC (hospitals and IT services companies): 2 hours. Non-AMC: same-day as capacity allows. ETA is committed before we hang up.
Can I get this kind of response without an AMC?
Yes — we'll come — but AMC customers always take priority on dispatch. If breakdowns are even occasional for your fleet, an AMC pays for itself within one or two avoided incidents.
What if the breakdown needs a part you don't have?
