Energy audit
We log every major feeder for a full operating cycle, find where the units and the bill penalties go (power factor, maximum demand, kVAh), and hand over a costed list of fixes.

Titan Audit loggers clamp onto live cables with split-core CTs (100 A to 1000 A) — no shutdown — and record kW, kVA, kVAh, power factor and demand at intervals from 1 second.

After the audit, Titan meters stay on the panels so savings are tracked month by month, not assumed.

What equipment do you use for energy audits?
Titan Audit portable energy loggers made by Tech OVN, our group company. They are Class 0.5S, three-phase, log from 1 second to 60 minutes and stream over WiFi, Ethernet or RS485.
Do you need to shut down the plant to install the loggers?
No. The split-core CTs clamp around live cables, so measurement starts without a shutdown.
What is technical facility management?
Running and maintaining the electrical and mechanical plant of a building or factory — generators, panels, pumps and metering — under one contract, with planned maintenance and breakdown response.
Can we keep the meters after the audit?
Yes. Most clients keep Titan meters on the main feeders so the savings found in the audit can be verified every month.
